The admission process is carried out as per the Government and Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University norms. 50% of Admission is by single window counselling and 50% by Management. Stella Matutina College of Education provides free admission to transgenders.

Downloaded application forms may be submitted to the college office directly or sent by post. The cost of each application form is Rs.300/-. Students sending the application by post can send a demand draft for Rs.300/- in favour of the Principal, Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai.
