The Stella Matutina College of Education focuses on the Mission and Vision of the College. It implements quality education with a relevant curriculum and syllabus, keeping in mind the need of society and accordingly forming student teachers for future society, nation and the world. Furthermore, to provide and ensure quality education, the institution has formed the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) that plans and organizes seminars, workshops, conferences and faculty development programmes on research, statistics, development of e-content and relevant topics.

- The institution organizes Seminars, Conferences and Workshops on Recent Trends in education.
Rules and Regulations
- The management appoints the members of IQAC.
- Periodically, the members of IQAC organize meetings to plan and organize seminars, workshops, conferences and faculty development programmes on research, statistics, development of e-content and relevant trends in education.
- The IQAC sends invitations to all the teacher education institutions inviting participants to attend the seminars, workshops and conferences.
- Minutes of the IQAC and the seminars, workshops, conferences and faculty development programme reports are recorded and maintained.
- The IQAC secretary prepares the newsletter and communicates the same.
